It is a rhody. I pick those off when they are done blooming. What we call dead heads. You pick them off because they will grow bigger the next year. While picking them, wear gloves. They are very sticky! Plus you have to fight bees while you do this! So, you say we will see in your next post, I started to look for something else in your picture. Thinking maybe you caught a bee, a spider, something else. But couldn't find anything. Hmmm.......
